rEGROUPER ET PROMOUVOIR LES SAVOIRS FAIRE ET LES SAVOIR ETRE DES ASSOCIATIONS DE LA COIFFURE ET DE L'ESTHETIQUE DONT L'OBJET EST DE FORMER ET D'INFORMER TOUS LES CENTRES DE FORMATIONS DE LA COIFFURE ET DE L'ESTHETIQUE EN FORMATIONS CONTINUES POUR L'OBTENTION DES LABELS DU SAVOIR FAIRE CERTIFIE, TOUS LES PROFESSIONNELS ATTACHES DE PRES OU DE LOIN DE CES DITES PROFESSIONS, AINSI QUE TOUTES LES ACTIVITES EN RAPPORT AVEC L'OBJET DE LA FEDERATION DE REPRESENTER ET DEFENDRE LES ASSOCIATIONS DE LA COIFFURE ET DE L'ESTHETIQUE ET LES PROFESSIONNELS AUPRES DES POUVOIRS PUBLIC ET ADMINISTRATIONS DIVERSES DONT ELLE PEUT ETRE L'INTERLOCUTEUR ; D'ENTREPRENDRE TOUTES CONSULTATIONS ET TOUTE DEMARCHES UTILES A LEUR IMPLANTATION SI NECESSAIRE, A LEUR FONCTIONNEMENT OU A LEUR AVENIR, SANS POUR AUTANT ET EN AUCUN CAS S'IMMISCER DANS LEUR FONCTIONNEMENT INTERIEUR NI SE SUBSTITUER A ELLES ; DE MAINTENIR UNE LIAISON CONSTANTE ENTRE LES ASSOCIATIONS DE LA COIFFURE ET DE L'ESTHETIQUE ADHERENTES DE LA F ; F ; A C ; E ; D'ETUDIER, CLARIFIER, EN TANT QUE CONSULTANT LEURS PROBLEMES COMMUNS ; LA DUREE DE F ; F ; A ; C ; E EST ILLIMITEE ; LA F ; F ; A ; C ; E EST LA SEULE A POUVOIR ATTRIBUER LE DROIT ET AUTORISER L'UTILISATION DU LABEL DU SAVOIR FAIRE CERTIFIE AUX ASSOCIATIONS ET AUX CENTRES DE FORMATIONS DE LA COIFFURE ET DE L'ESTHETIQUE ;
